Room size was ideal with opening window, a must for me! Room & bed linen were clean, with all the consumables that you would need ie tea, coffee, milk, bathroom items etc. Freeview tv was fine. Staff were very helpful as we were not sure of our location relative to the city centre. Thanks to their help, we took a more straightforward rout to Leeds city centre ( far better than Google Maps! ). I can confirm that this hotel is in an Ideal location for our next trip to Leeds! Staff very welcoming. Friendly. Hotel was clean, nice security features, public can not get to the lifts without a room card. Could do with a clock in the room. Room was spacious, comfy bed and clean. It was also nice and quiet.. only downside no car park, but it's in a city centre, so that's a luxury found at a premium rate. And this night rate was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend hotel for a night's stay.

The room was clean and tidy and the compact bathroom was more than adequate for us. We did have a problem with the TV but the staff were very helpful and sorted it. They provided us with something to eat on request in the evening. The breakfast was very good and comparable with more expensive hotels. In fact, the sausages were the best I've had in a long time!

Bathroom was very neat, cleaning staff were diligent and very friendly. The hotel was easy to get to excellent transport links to the arena and town centre. Taxi's are also affordable. The staff were also very accommodating and helpful before and after check out, very friendly service. The level of cleanliness was consistent through out the hotel.
